All Around Us is a gentle story that celebrates family, community and the interconnectedness of life. “Circles are all around us. We just have to look for them.” It is available in English and Spanish.  If there is one thing that this global pandemic has taught me is that WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. As teachers we have been thrust into a virtual world and rose to the challenge learning new ways of teaching and sharing with others. Kudos to us all ❤️  “Each of us is doing something to contribute to the garden.” Love this book by Sonia Sotomayor. ❤️ Her message of the beauty in our diversity and power of acceptance is wonderfully illustrated for young children. It is available in English and Spanish.  Play is truly important for young children, but it is also beneficial for people of all ages. Play can add joy to life, relieve stress, supercharge learning, and connect you to others and the world around you.  |
